Richard is a Professor of Economic Evaluation at the University of Westminster, whose research interests include programme evaluation, labour market transitions, education, and well-being.

Education
Richard has a PhD in Economics from the University of Manchester.
Employment
Richard previously worked as Principal Research Fellow and Director of Policy Evaluation at the National Institute of Economic and Social Research (2008 – 2016) and Research Director at the Policy Studies Institute (2000 – 2008).
